The Golden Rockets Junior A hockey team is hosting a Spring Showcase Camp for athletes born between 2005 and 2010. The camp will take place from March 27–30 at the Golden Municipal Arena.
The camp registration fee is $250 per player (only $175 for GMHA and current affiliate players), which includes:
- On-ice skills testing to evaluate skating, shooting, and overall performance
- Dryland fitness benchmarking to assess and enhance athletic conditioning
- Participation in a minimum of three 90-minute games
- A post-camp interview & personalized development plan, outlining each player’s strengths and areas for improvement
Why Attend?
The Junior A Rockets compete in the highly competitive Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) and have been developing young hockey players for over 30 years—both on and off the ice. The Spring Showcase Camp offers a valuable opportunity for players to demonstrate their abilities, gain insights from experienced coaching staff, and refine their skills in a challenging yet supportive environment.
